Here are some pictures from the beginning of the new exterior paint job and had some roof repair done at the same time. Wanted to replace the "flashing" (sp?) as it was a bit crumpled in spots from a tree hitting it....turns out it wasn't even flashing to begin with. Now it is for real.
ALSO had the roof re-sealed....another one of those "I wasn't planning on doing that right now..." things.
Nice blogging. The images shown in the above blog looks nice and interesting. The Roofing and painting looks nice and cool.
ReplyDeleteYou have to repair your roofs first and than you need to have some paint work on your roof. I have a suggestion for your roof repairing. You can repair your roof with Liquid EPDM coatings with low cost. I have used these coatings before. They 'll help you to fix your roofing issues. You must try it.
ReplyDeleteAs much as possible, put some distance between your house and the trees. Remember, trees can be quite dangerous, especially during storms when most of them have the tendency to be uprooted. In doing so, you will save yourself from costly roof repairs. Also, have a routine maintenance at least once a month, to help prolong the lifespan of your roof. The roof is an important part of your house, and a really huge investment, so better take care of it as much as you can.
